Based on organic karanja oil and an antioxidant complex, it counteracts light-induced skin aging. The protective oil serum absorbs harmful UV and infrared radiation without affecting the body's own production of vitamin D. It binds moisture in the skin, stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin structure. The protective facial oil for sunny days is quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy residue. Organic Karanja oil – plant-based sun protection factor 30, with UV protection booster Pongamol, absorbs UVA and UVB radiation, effective against light-induced skin aging, inhibits inflammation, soothes irritated & itchy skin.
Magnolia bark – delays skin aging, inhibits inflammation, has an antioxidant effect, reduces UV-related skin damage, lightens pigment spots, promotes an even complexion.
Organic amaranth seed extract – high content of the skin’s own squalene, binds a lot of moisture in the skin, absorbs UV rays through so-called “quenching”, inhibits inflammation.
Astaxanthin – highly effective natural antioxidant, can neutralize several free radicals at the same time, serves as intensive cell & membrane protection, protects the skin from premature aging and hyperpigmentation.

Bio Sunshine Day Oil T offers a purely plant-based light and sun protection based on karanja oil. According to laboratory tests, the protection factor of this oil corresponds to an SPF of 30. However, karanja oil is not listed as a UV filter according to the Cosmetics Regulation. The background: According to the EU Cosmetics Regulation, sun protection products must contain either a chemical or mineral filter. Since this is a purely plant-based sun protection, no SPF may be stated on the product.

Anti-inflammatory, highly effective antioxidants from magnolia bark, amaranth seeds, sea buckthorn and astaxanthin improve the skin's active protection against reactive free radicals. They counteract skin aging and stimulate the skin's own repair mechanism. Sunshine Day Oil smoothes and nourishes the skin, leaving it velvety soft and supple without leaving it feeling greasy. For intensive sunbathing, we recommend combining the facial oil with an additional mineral sunscreen on top.
