Pay attention to additional exercise in everyday life

Our modern everyday life is dominated by cars, elevators and escalators. We move less and less. Instead, we should consider which journeys we can make by bike or on foot. For example, instead of taking the elevator to the 3rd floor, you could walk up. This way you not only improve your endurance and strengthen your muscles, but you also reduce stress - without any complicated additional training.

Schedule fixed training times

Create a fixed schedule for your endurance training with light jogging, walking, swimming or cycling 2-3 times a week. Even with regular 30-minute training sessions, you will soon notice how your body gets used to it. You will find the exercise pleasant and you will soon find yourself in a healthy state of fitness. To make your training program even more binding and motivating for yourself, you could also arrange to do some exercise with other people. Then it will be easier for you to overcome the urge to stick to your good intentions regularly.

The right hair care after exercise
