Pomegranate seed oil ( Punica Granatum Seed Oil) - controlled organic cultivation
The pomegranate tree is an ancient cultivated plant, originates from Asia and has large, bright red-orange fruits. The oil pressed from the seeds contains a high proportion of the rare, highly effective punicic acid and is precious: only 500g of seed oil is extracted from 100kg of pomegranates.
Pomegranate seed oil has a strong anti-oxidative effect against inflammation and is used for regeneration. It is particularly well tolerated - even by highly sensitive skin. We use organic pomegranate seed extract, which was extracted using natural spring carbon dioxide instead of cold pressing in order to optimally preserve all the valuable ingredients in a highly concentrated form. Studies show the stimulating effect of this organic pomegranate seed extract on the cell renewal of the skin.
