jojoba oil
Jojoba oil ( Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) - from controlled organic cultivation
Origin & Sustainability
Jojoba oil is extracted from the seeds of the jojoba shrub (Simmondsia chinensis) – an evergreen desert shrub that can grow up to 4 meters tall and live up to 200 years. Originally native to the Sonoran Desert (California, Mexico, and Arizona), indigenous peoples have long used the oil-rich seeds for medicinal purposes and as a food source.
Our virgin organic jojoba oil comes from organic farming in Peru, where sustainable cultivation prevents soil erosion, enhances biodiversity, and promotes a balanced microclimate in arid regions. The jojoba plant is extremely robust, requires very little water, and can withstand temperatures ranging from 0 to 47°C.

Texture & Composition
Although often referred to as an "oil," jojoba oil is chemically a liquid wax that remains stable at room temperature. The seeds contain approximately 50% high-quality plant wax, which is extracted through a gentle cold-pressing process.
