Hemp seed oil (Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil) - controlled organic cultivation

The hemp plant (Cannabis Sativa) is originally from Central Asia and is one of the oldest cultivated plants. The hemp oil we use comes from regional organic cultivation in Germany and is extracted from the small hemp seeds using a gentle cold pressing process. The oil has a greenish color and a pleasantly fresh scent.

Cold-pressed hemp seed oil with its ideal ratio of polyunsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids has a similar composition to the skin's own fats (lipids). The skin-like fatty acid pattern strengthens the natural acid mantle and is therefore particularly suitable for highly sensitive skin or skin prone to blemishes. Antioxidant tocopherol (vitamin E) promotes cell renewal. The phytosterols contained in the hemp seeds inhibit inflammation. Hemp seed oil has proven particularly effective for blemished skin, acne, neurodermatitis or psoriasis. The oil is quickly and deeply absorbed into the skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. Last but not least, hemp seed oil strengthens and regenerates the hair fiber. It also ensures smooth, defined and silky shiny hair.
